Episode 70. ST Rappaport: On Relationships and Creative Journal Expressive Arts

In today's podcast episode we're joined by ST Rappaport. ST is a Relationship Photographer and Creative Journal Expressive Arts Coach. ST loves people and loves understanding the way people work. Best of all she loves seeing powerful chemistry between people. That's why she works with couples. As a Relationship Photographer, she photographs all sorts of couples in their best state. After many photoshoots and observing how people experience relationships differently she decided to find out what makes people's relationships extraordinary and launched the Lifepix Relationships Podcast. ST also teaches people to use Creative Journal Expressive Arts (CJEA) - a mix of journaling, art and photography, to express their emotions, thoughts and desires. It clarifies for them what they want in life, how they should go about it and how to deal with it all in a healthy and safe way. This way they can get the ultimate relationship they really want.

ST joins us to talk about how she got started in CJEA, how it works and how we can use it to access our subconscious, release powerful emotions and strengthen our relationships. We also touch on language, relationships and so much more.
