Episode 180. Jo Howarth: The Happiness Club

 

In this episode, we're joined by Jo Howarth. Jo is an advanced hypnotherapist and mindfulness practitioner, she runs The Happiness Club and she teaches people how to look after their mental health and emotional wellbeing. She is happily married to Trev, has two beautiful daughtes, two gorgeous cats and very naughty puppy.

The Happiness Club is a monthly membership club where members receive daily support from, and 24/7 access to, qualified therapists. Jo also works with corporate organisations that are committed to supporting their employees. And she works within schools teaching students techniques to develop their resilience. There is also a team of Happiness Club Trainers that deliver the training to corporates and schools across the world.

Jo is an inspirational speaker and bestselling author of 5 books. In 2017 she won two national awards for her work in The Happiness Club and in 2020 she was the Runner Up for North West Entrepreneur of the Year, the only female finalist.
