In this episode, we're joined by Theresa Ommert. Theresa is a mental health warrior and in addiction recovery who uses her experiences to help others drop their baggage and move forward in life. She is a life coach in training and is working on a book called, "Honoring Your Body, Honoring Yourself" which tells of her struggle with putting herself last, people-pleasing and what it took for her to learn self-care and self-compassion. Theresa loves to unplug by spending time outdoors and releases stress through muay thai and kettlebell training.
