Episode 22: Men's mental health

In this episode of the Psykhe podcast we are joined by the amazing Henry Johnstone, men's coach, speaker, podcaster, mental health advocate and transformational metalwork retreat host.

In this episode we discuss men's mental health - from vulnerability to learning to recognise emotions through recognising how they feel in the body. Henry uses metal work as a means for men to express their emotions.  We discuss the importance of asking for support if you need it and how telling people you love them can give you a boost.
