Episode 35: Tick it before you kick it
In this episode of the Psykhe podcast we’re joined by Trav Bell. Trav is the bucket list guy and he shares his bucket list philosophy with us. His 12 step Mind bucketlist blueprint helps people to find and experience more meaning, more purpose and more fulfilment in their lives so that they can live a regret free life rather than a regretful life.
Trav aims to help people wake up to their lives, before they’re given a use by date - so that they can tick it, before they kick it. To Trav, a bucket list is more than just a checklist, it’s a tangible life plan where you design your life and live on purpose.
Trav also shares his thoughts on the current Corona virus situation and how people are using this time to reflect and the positives that might come from this experience.
