Episode 77. Micha Goebig: Overcoming Perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome - The Role of Unlearning

In this episode, we're joined by Coach, Speaker and Author Micha Goebig. Micha is an efficient, pragmatic and solution-driven coach and shares that approach in the episode. Born and raised in Germany, Micha is on a mission to make women more selfish, as in: help them see they need to put their oxygen mask on first. She excels at helping female professionals unlearn what holds them back and rewrite their story so that they can change the world, one boardroom at a time.

Micha's UNLEARN Series comprises four main topics: imposter syndrome, the inner critic & (negative) self-talk, perfectionism, and self-sabotage. Her second focus area is habits & routines: quit over-drinking, smoking, overshopping ("Year without ..."); build healthy habits; establish a morning/evening routine.

In this episode we dive into both of these areas. What does it mean to unlearn? How can we overcome perfectionism and imposter syndrome? How can we build new habits? And we talk about the importance of self-awareness, one of our fave topics on the show.
