Jeff's holistic background in Mind and Brain Education from Harvard University and Buddhist Studies from The University of Hong Kong provides a way towards lasting wellbeing that feels as good as it looks.
Jeff offers private coaching to integrate the deep inner work of personal transformation in conjunction with developing a strong body, clear mind, and healthy routines to keep you on track. Jeff teaches mindfulness and mediation at Harvard University and is the lead teacher for the Student-Athlete Mindfulness project at Tufts University.
