Episode 187. Kamalyn Kaur: How to Take Control of a Controlling Relationship

 

In this episode, we're joined by Kamalyn Kaur. Kamalyn is a professionally trained, qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Mindset Coach. She is a fully registered and accredited member of the BACP and BABCP.

Since 2012, Kamalyn has worked with a diverse range of individuals from all walks of life helping them to deal with issues ranging from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss. Kamalyn has also worked with employees of Public & Private Sector organisations to help with Stress & Anxiety Management. In recent years, Kamalyn’s work has been geared towards doing mindset coaching for females feeling trapped in an unhealthy, toxic or controlling relationship. This work enabled her to write and publish her first book titled “How to Take Control of a Controlling Relationship”.

Kamalyn is a regular contributor for BBC Radio Scotland around topics of mental health; anxiety; and wellbeing. She has also written articles that have featured on Happiful Magazine; Elephant Journal and Thrive Global.

Kamalyn helps female professionals and entrepreneurs overcome anxiety, overthinking and self-limiting beliefs so that they are not holding themselves back from success and happiness. She is passionate about her work and helping women feel their best self. However, when not working, you will find her spending time with loved ones; out walking; or enjoying Netflix with coffee and a really BIG slice of cake!
